  • Salad of Mozzarella and beef tomato, drizzled with pesto dressing
  • Fresh mussels, cooked in a tomato and coriander cream
  • Smoked haddock and cheddar fishcakes, cucumber and mint dressing
  • Mackenzies own haggis spring rolls on a spicy plum sauce
  • Tower of black pudding, tomato and Swiss cheese, served on a raspberry vinaigrette
  • Scotch Cajun coated salmon fillet laid on a coconut & sweet chilli broth
  • Butterflied breast of chicken coated in a Parmesan crumb, served with roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic and thyme

  • Roast rump of Scotch lamb carved over a leek mash served with a mint jus
