- Salad of Mozzarella and beef tomato, drizzled with pesto dressing
- Fresh mussels, cooked in a tomato and coriander cream
- Smoked haddock and cheddar fishcakes, cucumber and mint dressing
- Mackenzies own haggis spring rolls on a spicy plum sauce
- Tower of black pudding, tomato and Swiss cheese, served on a raspberry vinaigrette

- Scotch Cajun coated salmon fillet laid on a coconut & sweet chilli broth
- Butterflied breast of chicken coated in a Parmesan crumb, served with roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic and thyme
