- Fan of Ogen melon on a strawberry compote, crowned with lemon sorbet
- Salad of mozzarella and beef tomato, drizzled with pesto dressing
- Tower of black pudding, tomato and Swiss cheese, served on a raspberry vinaigrette
- Smoked haddock and cheddar fishcakes, cucumber and mint dressing
- Mackenzies own haggis spring rolls on a spicy plum sauce
- Fressh mussels, cooked in a tomato & coriander sauce

- Crispy sea bream fillet laid on a creamed coconut & sweet chilli broth
- Butterflied breast of chicken coated in a Parmesan crumb, served with roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic and thyme
- Grilled loin of pork steak on a red onion and apple chutney
- Braised daube of Scottish beef in a Bourguinon sauce
- Rich winter lamb casserole topped with a puff pastry crust
- Scotch sirlion steak, coated in a peppercorn sauce (£6.00 supplement)
- Roast rump of lamb carved over leek mash, served with a mint jus (£5.00 supplement)
- Pastry tartlet, topped with Mediterranean vegetables and goats cheese
